How to display only active sections from the infoblock?

There is a component that displays infoblock sections and their elements. But even if you disable sections in the admin panel, it still displays them (not directly active sections). How to fix it?

By all indications, this is a template from the marketplace, probably Aspro. This component is not designed to display sections, if you have sections and elements displayed, this means that they have been finalized in the result_modifier.php file, see the code there.
