How to synchronize a site with MySQL database 1c UT?

Good afternoon. The question arose of how to correctly synchronize the database on the MySql site with the customer's database, which uses 1C: Trade Management.
I use Bitrix.
So far, from the assumptions, there is only the option of shipping an xml file via ftp, but I would like real-time integration.
The built-in exchange with the site is not suitable.
