How to display MsWord document properties in a SharePoint 2013 list?

At the input there is a MsWord document in which the following properties are filled: Title, Author, Notes, Head. When a document is loaded into a document library, the values from the fields: Title, Author, Notes, are automatically substituted into the fields of the document adding form. How can I make sure that the value of the "Manager" field is also substituted?
These fields have been created in the library columns and on the form.

I solved such cases but in a slightly more complex implementation with OpenXML, and system fields, like all others, are associated by a clear match of the StaticName field in SharePoint with the OpenXML field from the document.
You can learn an OpenXML field through the use of express tags in a document and its properties. Try it, it might work.
