Man to install a problem-free photoshop
1. download portabil version
2. use.
latest photoshop works great. It drags all the libraries with a trailer, puts it on a clean vine.
xs, I've never met, though I've given up on Vine for a long time, in which case it's better to install a virtual machine! and if you have an intel system, then washed down the last poppy axis and do not worry, conveniently quickly and without problems!

If you need Photoshop, then buy Windows for it.
