How to display comments in modx admin?

There is a site that works safely and everything is displayed, I made a full copy and uploaded it to the second domain for tests, but comments are not displayed in the admin panel, I tried the same problem on LAN. Tell me where to dig to restore them on the test domain and on the local area?
