How to display all child terms on the page of a child term?

I display taxonomy through views using the "Taxonomy display" module, I need to display its child terms on the page of the parent term, I achieved this through contextual filters, but when I go to the page of the child term, only the title of the term on which I am located is displayed, but it is necessary that more be displayed and his brothers.
Example:
Dictionary
Term
-Subtermin1
-Subtermin2
-Subterm3 Let's go
to the "Term"
page
.
Further, being on the "Term" page, I click on "-Subtermin1" and you need it to be displayed like this:
-Subtermin1 -Subtermin2 -Subtermin3
At the moment, being on the page of the child term "-Subtermin1" everything looks like this:
-Subtermin1 Tell me
how you can implement this? I dug through all the filters and did not find anything.

@seoyuzer

why not use "BEHAVIOR WITH NO RESULTS" in view?

They suggested a slightly cumbersome solution. In general, I installed two modules " taxonomy menu " and " block menu ", then we turn on these modules and first of all we go and create a new menu, let's call it "Sections".
Then we go to the dictionary settings where our terms are located and make the settings as in the screenshot.
After you have marked all the items from the screen, do not forget at the very bottom of the dictionary settings page to check the box " Recreate the menu by pressing the save button ". Now if you go to the " Sections
" menu created earlier , you will see that terms from the dictionary have appeared in it. Next go to /structure/blocks and you should see a new link on the blocks page "
Do not forget to set the block visibility settings, and save. The
disadvantage of this method is that you need to create your own block for each page of the child term, and indicate the depth of the taxonomy in it so that the necessary child terms are displayed.
