How to display a website page via DLNA?

There is a TV (not smart) Samsung LE-32C550. There is DLNA support. Is it possible to view the page of an arbitrary site through this gadget? Ideally, you need to update the picture sometimes. I have a website, I want to watch the status page of my website on a TV set. This is what this thread is for. Can a Home Media Server (UPnP, DLNA, HTTP) do it?
