How to display a static picture on NES (Dendy) by connecting a computer to the cartridge port?

In general, the idea is this. Create an adapter cartridge that will connect to a computer and serve to transfer the background drawn on the computer to the carrier and read the input from the joysticks. Those. absolutely all calculations will take place on the computer, and the carrier will only draw the finished frame on the TV. It will then be possible to hide something like a Raspberry Pi in the cartridge and prank friends by running some VVVVVV on a carrier (or something like that). Is this possible? What do you think?

In fact, you only need a module for output to the screen. Screw it somehow to your computer and have fun.

:) It's easier to gut the "dandy" and stuff your own circuit inside (yes, at least Raspberry Pi).
