How to display a specific infoblock element on each page?

Actually there is an infoblock with documents loaded into it. It is required on some pages to select elements from this infoblock and show them on the page itself.
There was one infoblock in which there was the "Binding to element" property. In this property, it was very nice to select an element from another infoblock. But why not create a new inblock for each page? Is there an easier way?

The easiest option is to make a simple component (or a class connected via init.php here, as it is more correct and architectural for anyone) and in it, for example, by the page url or some identifier, select the necessary elements and show them. First, of course, decide on the binding of pages / identifiers to the content of the information block from which it is planned to draw a conclusion. If the latter is impossible for some reason, then as an alternative, you can make an intermediate mapping and organize the necessary connection.
