How to solve the conflict between fixed bootstrap menu and bitrisk menu?

The template edit menu and the fixed bootstrap menu are stacked crookedly on top of each other. What's the best way to fix it? I'm using the STANDARD BOOTSTRAP TEMPLATE. Here is this bootstrap-3.ru/examples/offcanvas .
And this is not a "too general question", I just want to understand how to make it valid and beautiful.

How? Do it right of course. Learn to type in Bitrix and do it as it should be, and not insert incomprehensible pieces of code and hope that everything will work
