Why is the pagination link in Bitrix not formed correctly?

Good day. Newbie in Bitrix. There was a problem: there is a store on Bitrix and it has a section with pagination. Links in pagination are generated incorrectly. (Link to page 2 looks like knigi/?PAGEN_3=2). Naturally pagination does not work. But if you manually change the link to knigi/?PAGEN_1=2, then pagination works fine. What could be causing this and where should I look?
