How to display a multilevel list of elements from an infoblock in Bitrix?

Bitrix CMS has recently started working and while studying the documentation, I did not understand how it is possible to display a multi-level list in a standard way.
Infoblock structure: Federal District -> Region -> City

Use either the standard components
catalog.section.list to display categories and catalog.section to display products
Components can be used nested, one inside the other.
Or use the 1C-Bitrix API
