How to display a link to a site?

Help who is strong in the issue of display.
An example is a contact wall - when you insert a link to some other resource, the wall forms a graphical part of a third-party site and, accordingly, when you click on this photo, you follow this "graphic link"
Does anyone know how this can be implemented? Any help is helpful!

@proffmen

You pick up the link with javascript, send it to the server, parse it there, and return the result.
PROFIT!

@FanatPHP

it's called a "screenshot"
and has nothing to do with links.

And here people wonder: why would a "PHP programmer" know anything else besides PHP?
