How to display a different header and footer on the detailed news page in Bitrix?

Good afternoon. I have a News page and a news page (detailed). I am implementing this with the news component. Accordingly, I have one index.php page, where I call the news complex component and include the header and footer. But the problem is that on my news list page and the news page I have a different header and footer in detail.
Can you please tell me how to change the header and footer on the detailed news page?
