How to disable window reduction in Windows at different screen resolutions?

There is a problem when minimizing the game window (with a resolution of 800x600 in full screen). When I switch from the game to the browser, the browser window also becomes 800x600, and I have to minimize and maximize it so that it becomes full screen (1366x768) again.
From the game, you often need to Alt + Tab to the browser, and these manipulations with the window are rather annoying.
Everything works fine when the game window is at the same resolution as the desktop, just like when the game is in a window.
But it is important for me that the game was in full screen with a resolution of 800x600.
