How to disable touch gestures on Linux?

There is a kiosk (computer + touch screen) on Lubuntu OS. The content works through Chrome in kiosk mode. Right click disabled with JS, text selection with CSS.
But what can be done about disabling touch gestures? Is there any way to disable content zoom? So that spreading your fingers on the screen has no effect?
