How to disable the video card of the processor?

In general, I have two video cards, one from the processor (integrated) and a discrete one, I have 8 gb of RAM, but nothing is running, and the RAM is free 2.4, and even less in games, I suspect that this loads the integrated video card from the processor, like turn it off?

Through the "Device Manager": there you find "Display Adapters" and turn it off.

You can look in the bios, maybe there is an option to disable the plugin.
