How to disable the transition between desktops by clicking on the application icon on MacOS?

I have several desktops and they use similar applications.
When you click on a browser in the dock, if that browser is being used by another desktop, the poppy will navigate to that desktop.
What for? Who is comfortable?
I want to work in the desktop and manually manage transitions, not miss clicks, and then look for the right desktop to return. Moreover, sometimes a bug works and the application is transferred to another desktop.

In the settings I did not find the items responsible for this crazy functionality.
