How to disable selection of invalid options in md-select if ng-disabled is enabled?

There is such a dropdown-list on the site , and anyone who knows about Inspect can just go ahead and remove the disabled attribute from this dropdown and choose another option. Of course, for such cases, they do the falsification in the Backend .
But I would like to know if there is any validation method to prevent this choice in Front ?
