How to disable IPv6 in Exchange 2013?

Sending mail to gmail received a response of the following format:

User mx.google.com has rejected your message to the following email addresses:
[email protected]
The message was not delivered due to a permissions or security issue. The message may have been rejected by a moderator, the recipient may only accept e-mail from certain recipients, or another restriction is preventing delivery.
mx.google.com gave this error message:
[2012:c7f2:75f5::c1f1:95f3] Our system has detected that this message does not meet IPv6 sending guidelines regarding PTR records and authentication. Please review https://support.google.com/mail/?p=IPv6AuthError for more information . h66si1772246lfg.7 - gsmtp

I put it in the Exchange settings and it didn't help... Exchange itself is installed on a virtual machine running WS 2012 (I deleted the registry branch regarding IPv6). What else needs to be done to remove IPv6 and letters started to go to gmail?
Thanks in advance...

@Owlfull

You need to ask the provider to create a DNS PTR for the ipv6 protocol with the server name. (Google swears at this).
Disabling IPv6 on Exchange 2013 and above servers is not recommended by Microsoft.
