How to back up Microsoft Exchange 2010 on the fly?

Windows Server 2008R2 + Microsoft Exchange 2010 is installed on the KVM virtual machine. LVM volume is used as HDD. Please advise how to backup this VM "on the fly". It does not matter, from within the VM or by means of the hypervisor.
I tried to run "Windows Backup" - I thought for a very long time at the stage "Performing consistency for Exchange applications", although cyclic logs are enabled, and mail operations began to slow down a lot.

Veeam agent should be able to handle this task.

Only symantec backup exec if this is a serious organization, but if 50-100 users and the loss of information is not so critical, then Veeam will be fine
