Exchange 2013 won't connect to Outlook. Where to dig?

Good afternoon.
I migrated from Exchange2010 to Exchange 2013.
Mail works, OWA works, the client works on Android, but Outlook does not connect.
Before I climbed to fix everything, Outlook connected with the VPN turned on, now it doesn’t connect both from the inside and from the outside.
The mailbox setup is interrupted at the moment of connecting to the server: "Does not accept login and password"
Where to dig?
