MS Outlook 2007: Why is the text missing in the forwarded message?

When forwarding the received letter to the mailbox of the person to whom it is forwarded, a letter arrives with all the contents except for the main text of the letter. What could be the problem? On a nearby computer, the same installation clone, everything works like clockwork...
