Why can Windows Phone 8.1 outlook reduce the font size?

There is a line divided into 3 cells. 1 picture, 2 description, 3 price. Cells 2 and 3 reduce the text by 2 times relative to the rest of the text in the letter.
Tried specifying the size in px , em , % .
-ms-text-size-adjust: auto/none/100% , also doesn't help I
found this problem only on wp 8.1 lumia 925
