I noticed that the processor due to the use of gpu is heated by 10-15 degrees more. How to use only discrete graphics on a laptop in games and applications

well, it's getting hot, so what? as long as the temperature is normal, there is nothing to worry about.
by subject: integrated video can be disabled in the BIOS, if it provides such an opportunity. or already in Windows: there are many utilities for this or system tools .

Integrated graphics will be used anyway, because the discrete GPU writes a frame to the framebuffer of the integrated graphics, which is usually connected to the display. At least I haven't seen a real output switch for a long time.
Well, again, it all depends on the cooling. If the CPU and GPU hang on the same heat pipe, then they will heat each other anyway.
