How to disable FPS display in Google Chrome (Ubuntu 19.04)?

Hello!
Today, after turning on the PC, I noticed that in each window of Google Chrome and Opera - the FPS indicator and the inscription VSYNC ON are displayed at the top left.

I do not understand what kind of application displays this monitoring.
Despite the fact that I did not include its display at all.

There are suspicions about:

  • Steam
  • indicator-sysmonitor
  • Google Chrome
  • NVIDIA X SERVER

Steam - disabled, did not enable FPS in the browser settings, I did not touch NVIDIA X SERVER either, ndicator-sysmonitor - GPU monitoring is disabled.
Please tell me what it could be and how to turn it off?

@Suicide676

Figured it out myself. Solution:
NVIDIA X SERVER => X SCREEN 0 => OPENGL SETTINGS
Enable Graphics API Visual Indicator - this needs to be disabled.
