How to add an executable texter to autorun?
Ubuntu 18.04LTS. Please do not cry bloody tears if I write something wrong.
I have an executable textbook (it has no extension. I run it like this: "sudo ./file"). The file starts the local server.
I need it to start at system startup and work in the background, that is, so that when the system starts, a terminal window does not open with the information that the file displays.
Made this guide.
But it did not help.
I tried to make a .sh file into which I entered "sudo ./file" and add it to autorun, but again nothing happened.
How can I add an executable file to autorun, which would then run in the background?
