Server at Hetzner (Europe), terminal server clients in Europe and Hong Kong.
There are no problems with European users - ping 40-60 ms
With Chinese users, the following problems - ping 200-250 ms, slide show when scrolling the list in 1C.
I tried to set 8 bit color, etc., but the problem remained.

XRDP is bad enough that no tricks will help. If you need stability and speed, then the best implementation only in windows is even better than citrix, but their prices are simply sky-high.
Maybe you should try x2go as a replacement for xrdp or for Chinese comrades ..
