How to disable fasttrack in Mikrotik?

Can you please tell me how can I disable fasttrack in Mikrotik?

FastTrack is roughly speaking package marking. Accordingly, IP - Firewall - Mangle, and then we look at the marking rules.
Perhaps you meant FastPath, then Bridge - Settings - Allow FastPath, and IP - Settings - Allow FastPath.
If you are talking about the default config, remove all the firewall rules associated with the fasttrack and restart Mikrotik.

The fasttrack dynamic rules have such a thing that even if you disable the firewall rules that fasttrack turns on, they will not disappear anywhere until you reboot the router.
