When working on the server, you need to enter 2 key combinations to switch the language from ENG to RUS. First ALT+L.Shift, and after CTRL+L.Shift. How can I disable this option so that the language can only be switched using ALT+L.Shift?

In the settings there is a separate "language change" and "layout change". It is understood that there may be several different layouts for one language (well, in addition to the standard one, some DVORAK, etc.), but from time immemorial, for some reason, this "layout change" is assigned by default to the key combination (Ctrl + Shift ). Set the setting "layout change" to "not assigned".
