How to disable CoW in btrFS?

Hello everybody! There is a WD Red hard disk ( https://www.dns-shop.ru/product/a389d0db1a8430b1/4... ), it has a btrFS file system. I read that btrFS uses copy-on-write functionality. What it is? Does this affect the longevity of my disc in any way? Does it affect read/write speed?
And how to turn it off?

PS I read it on the wiki and found out that CoW greatly affects fragmentation, so I won't use it. How to disable it?
And by the way, is there journaling in btrFS?

"I don't know what it is, but I need to turn it off" The
file system for a bare disk is set by the user - format the disk to the fs you need, if it makes it easier for you
