Good afternoon.
When I try to open All functions => Manage configuration extensions, I get the error "The data structure does not support storing extensions. Compatibility mode must be turned off." I read on the forums that unloading the download of the remote control helps a lot, but it didn’t help me, it remains to try turning off the compatibility mode. When I open the "Compatibility" section in the configurator, the change is not available. How can I make sure that I can edit this section?
