Why do you need to do this, what do you want to achieve with this file?

An unloading file from UT is the same file as any other. Like any other file, it can naturally be shared over the network and this task has nothing to do with 1C.
The question is, what kind of data should this "upload file" contain and in what format?
The file can contain either a complete copy of the entire database with all documents, or only one number, for example, the balance on a current account.
