How to disable autostart programs from previous sessions of Windows 10?
Windows10x64 1803. After the update, I noticed a strange thing: when you turn off / restart the computer, Windows itself launches exactly all the programs that worked before the shutdown: for example, Chrome, Word, etc. Usually I put the computer into sleep mode, and turn it off only if there are any glitches or the installer of some thread of the program requires you to restart the computer. I cannot specifically close the same Chrome before shutting down, because. usually 2-3 windows are open, you start closing them one by one - when you start chrome again, only the last closed one will be restored, and there are always a lot of necessary tabs. Before I updated to 1803, there were no problems.

The first answer - Checked - works. The other two answers are idiots. For the first time, something sane turned out to be on that resource!
weirdnessThis is new functionality.
disableNo way. Two ways to shutdown do not save running programs: through Alt + F4 on the desktop and by briefly pressing the power button.
