When you start some programs, a blue screen crashes. What to do?

Today I reinstalled Windows 7 x32 Ultimate and installed drivers and necessary software. In the evening, similar failures began, after launching an application for processing audio files, as well as after trying to launch a webcam in a browser. Haven't tested anywhere yet. If you need any more information from me, I'll provide it. (I am attaching a photo from google drive, because it says "Upload error" when I try to upload it to Toster)
