Hey!
Connected to Bitrix24 (through the contact center) a direct line with clients via Vkontakte. It is only necessary to communicate with them. BUT Bitrix with each new message from the client in VK creates a deal in CRM!!! How to turn it off?
Clients write constantly and the whole CRM is filled with these dummies...

most likely there is a robot that automatically converts the lead into a deal
1. see the robots
2. check the VKontakte application settings in Bitrix itself
