How to direct a SOCKS5 incoming connection (ssh tunnel) to a proxy?

Actually the subject ...
wrapping openvpn in tor was not a problem, since there are a lot of different materials on how to do it quickly.
But there was a problem with ssh.
I start the socks5 connection with the command ssh -f -C2qTnN -D 64000 [email protected]
