How to diagnose Joomla update error?

I'm trying to upgrade from 3.6.4 to 3.7.4 - a message appears after downloading the package and starting the installation:
6f6369380edd4dffbde46732fb5dd27a.png
The paths to tmp and logs are specified in the Basic settings in the admin panel and in the configuration file.
Access to folders in the settings - highlighted in green, available.
The rights to all folders are 777.
There is space on the disk.
I do the installation by manually downloading the update package.
Updates of other components pass normally, through auto-update, without prior manual loading.
What else to see, adjust?

@xmoonlight

The error says that the archive is corrupted.
Check that:
1. The archive is not damaged and does not contain viruses
2. The archive is available on the disk (i.e., that it was downloaded to the hosting when upload-e)
3. Access to the archive from joomla is with all the necessary rights
PS : better - update immediately from the remote joomla repository...
