Problem with Joomla configuration file - where to look for the problem?

Hello.
A few years ago, I moved the Joomla site configuration file outside of homedir.
I created a new folder there, placed the configuration file there and changed the path to it in the defines.php files (in the admin panel and on the site). After that, there were two moves to new domains. Last time I forgot to make a backup of the folder with the configuration file. I took this file from the very first backup, corrected the name of the database / user, the prefix of the database tables. I turn on the site and see a bunch of errors:

Warning: Unknown: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home/i7****/public_html/***.com/index.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/uname/site1.com/www:/home/uname/site1.com/www/../../abcd:/home/uname/.system/tmp:/home/uname/site1.com/tmp:/home/uname/site1.com/www/logs) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required '/home/i7****/public_html/***.com/index.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/usr/share/pear') in Unknown on line 0

abcd - folder of the old file, where the configuration.php was stored
site1 - this is the folder of the old site
There are no links to the old site in .htaccess

Where to look for the problem? Where might the link to the old site come from?

@EgorKus

Found the problem. I overlooked.
There was a php.ini file in the root directory, which had one link to the old site.
