On dedicated, there is a drop in DNS from time to time. At least I made such conclusions, when nothing was opened on something.com, it opens on IP. Well, BIND reboot helps.

In general, the question is: how to figure out what's wrong? Where and what logs to look at, what to look for in them, what to do next. I will accept any help: advice, instruction, link, consultation in ICQ / Skype. I can pay back with a little money.

Can you tell us what kind of server (OS, version), what kind of DNS server?
As an option, for the time being, raise a secondary DNS with copies of zones, I can help, for a couple of days, until you solve the problem, host it.
