How to assign a CNAME record to @?
How to assign a CNAME record to the main domain. I use DDNS, and there they give a domain with a constantly changing IP, so you need to assign exactly the CNAME, and not the A record. 2domains forbids assigning a CNAME record to @, What to do, maybe there are other DNS that allow this?

A couple of years ago I tied CNAME to @ on pp.ua.
I'm sure you can find other DNS.
I'm not sure it's a good idea to allow this binding, as it goes against the RFC. Maybe do it differently, put a redirect? DNS hosts sometimes provide free or extremely cheap redirect hosting.
No way. @ has NS records (at least), CNAME cannot be shared with any other records on the same RR.

Yes, they cost money.
How to add a CNAME record for the root domain in the Ru-center DNS?
You can use something similar - habrahabr.ru/post/239465
