Look for a design bureau or just an embedded that will design it all (circuitry, printed circuit board, program), make a layout, check that everything works and if everything is ok, then you can start dancing with a tambourine: look for PCB manufacturers, installation, housing, suppliers, assembly, packaging. The price will be very dependent on the volume. If you order from the Chinese - the source code will not get 100% + distorted and released under its own brand.
