How to develop a mobile application using DRF?

There is a certain project that is created on the Django framework using the Django Rest Framework. There is a question to which the answer (intelligible) unfortunately, could not be found on the net.
In what language can you quickly, most importantly, effectively create a mobile application with a connection to the Web API?
