How to determine the values of lamps for a chandelier if there are no documents and the name of the chandelier is unknown?

Ceiling light installed.
She has 12 horns, in each of which a halogen lamp is installed with a G4 base.
There are no documents for the chandelier, there is no name for the chandelier.
Bought a very long time ago.
With such a base, there are lamp lines for 12V and 220V.
It seems that according to operating experience they inserted both such and such.
But which ones are right? How to find out? I would like to switch to LED G4, but there you also need to know the voltage rating, which ones to take 12V or 220V?
How to determine?

If there is a block converter, then, most likely, 12V.
If there is no block - most likely 220V.
If you really have both 12V and 220V lamps working at the same time, then most likely there is a converter (with a current stabilizer), but how it swings 220V lamps is a mystery to me.
In general, 12V and 220V lamps differ in the type of spiral.
For 220V, it is thinner to provide the required resistance.
