The fuse itself does not burn out (at least in 99% of cases). It burns out when some kind of "broken" or short circuit on the board. In your case, KZ. So, it was necessary to solder an ordinary incandescent lamp (about 60W) to the fuse terminals. If it does not light up (or blinks for a second), then everything is OK (at least there is no short circuit). If the lamp is on, it means there is a short circuit on the board.
