How to determine the SEO quality of an article/content?

The situation is this, it is planned to purchase the N-th number of SEO articles from SEOs \ SEO freelancers \ others who offer such a service.
I don’t really understand this area, namely articles \ content, how can I determine: an article worth its money or sent garbage again?
I heard something about linking, but I don’t know for sure (by the way, should it be between the same articles or is it optional?), do I need pictures for articles?
I would be extremely grateful if someone sends an example of a tolerable article, on any topic.

www.decoplus.ru/dizayn-detskoy-s-vinni-puhom. - this is a good short article with keywords and written more or less interestingly, and most importantly, on the topic.
Then be sure to set the uniqueness of the article - 99% is enough)
Check here - pr-cy.ru/unique
www.ok-interiordesign.ru/blog/dizayn-spalni-v-stil... - the article is longer, the article has unique photos with captions and the prescribed alt attribute. But this is for you to do.

One of the options for checking the text is through special services or programs. Personally, I check through Advego, it immediately shows the uniqueness and what percentage of rewriting (when the text is rewritten, but the words are changed)

It’s stupid to check the text with some services, you just need to read it, if it’s good, it gives you the information you need and you like it, then the copywriter is ok, but if the water is not ok.

I agree with Puma. If the text is clear and more or less interesting, then it is a good text. The main thing is to optimize the page normally with it (title, h1, pictures, etc.).
