There is a new server wines 2012 p2 installed the role of a domain controller, dns dshtsp, chose which server to replicate from. Everything went smoothly. The server is up and running.
Created on the second controller of the user, and it was displayed in the first controller.

First, move all FSMO roles to the second controller. Who holds the roles - netdom query fsmo
Commands to check the domain DCDIAG, replication - repadmin /showrepl
