How to determine if CSS styles are loaded in Opera before DOM is loaded?
The userscript defines the presence of userstyles before document.body or part of it appears in Opera (12). In other browsers and in Opera 11, there were already DOM elements and computed styles win.getComputedStyle() in this place. There was no such problem in the 11th Opera. In the 12th, userscripts began to be executed, apparently, earlier, but I don’t want to change the structure of the program for the sake of one browser and postpone work with styles to a later date. Isn't there a way to detect the presence of a CSS file in a page load other than through the DOM?

Specify. Use case there, or something...
You need to install Asterisk on the laptop, create a couple of SIP accounts and you're done. Then install a SIP client on each of the androids and they will be able to call each other, if they are on the same network with Asterisk, of course.
If with WebRTC and at a reasonable time, then it will be hard. I know one admin - Asterisk has been tormenting for the third week already so that sipml5 can be correctly raised with him :) Although it may not be from there.
