How to detect TV logo in input video file?

My goal is to detect advertising inserts in the video file from the TV broadcast. This is done depending on whether there is a TV channel logo or not at a given time. When there is a logo, it means there is some kind of show, program, etc. When ads are shown, there is no logo. At the same time, I don’t have any TV logo templates, so template matching would be inappropriate. How can I use OpenCV to detect the logo area and use it to watch ads now or not?

Do not reinvent the wheel, but google markers for substitution / insertion of ads (scte-35, scte-104) and in general about dynamic ad insertion technology.
