How to detect an application that is trying to make a purchase?
There are iPhone (iOS 6) and iPad (iOS 7) available, which have all sorts of different applications installed. At the same time, a bank card is attached to appleID, on which there are no funds right now. Therefore, from time to time, an SMS notification comes from the bank, they say, “Rejection, no funds: 8.95 usd, Apple iTunes Store-USD> ITUNES.COM> LU” - three pieces have already arrived. In general, as I understand it, some application periodically tries to make an in-app purchase, but cannot due to lack of money in the account.
Also, I can't update apps (none of the 11 currently out-of-date versions) on the iPad because it needs to verify billing information (card number) due to a failure with my last purchase - apparently at 8.95.
And in a very short time, money will come to the card, and the next time you try, the purchase for the amount of mail in nine dollars will take place.
Question: is there a way to figure out which application is trying to make a payment, or will it just hang there until it is paid? Or let it be paid now, and then ask for a refund due to an accidental purchase?

Apple does not withdraw money for the purchase immediately. Sometimes it may take several days. If you bought several applications (music, movies, programs in the Mac AppStore, etc.), then the payment will be one at once for everything. Most likely, you just have some kind of purchase that has not yet been paid. Remember what you bought the last time. Check email receipts.
Go through iTunes to manage your account. There you can see the history of all purchases.
It may also be that you have bought a subscription to something. This can also be viewed in iTunes under Account Management.
